History of Senze Studio
The founder of Senze Studio, Frankie has been in the hairdressing industry for 17 years. His passion and interest in fashion trends and artistic beauty are what drives him to choose to join the hairdressing industry. Therefore, after completing his previous accounting studies, he decided to pursue his career in hairdressing. Before starting his own hairdressing business, Frankie had served as a hair stylist and hairdressing instructor for 3 years.
In order to achieve the dream of owning his own studio and having more space to unleash the art of hairdressing, Frankie who had accumulated enough experience believed that the time is almost right, hence, he established his first hair salon, Senze Studio in 2008. Since its establishment, Frankie and his team never let themselves stop on the path of learning and improving their skills, yet always pay attention to the latest trends. Meantime, they have left their learning footprints in France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Dubai, Turkey, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand, China, and other overseas countries. With the aim of providing a more fashionable hair and styling experience, which allows customers to get the best and comprehensive hairstyling experience, while making Senze Studio be at the forefront of trends.
Currently, Senze Studio has 2 hair salons under its umbrella. Based on the belief of cultivating more and more outstanding hairstylists, the founder is gradually retreating from the frontline to behind the scenes. Presently, he focuses more on planning and operating the company’s development policy, taking heed to the latest trends, hunting for high-quality hairdressing products on the market, as well as developing a series of extension programs for employee’s training. Besides improving employees’ skills, the founder also sees the improvement of humanistic literacy as an essential piece of the company, it is because as a service-oriented business, humanity is extremely important, so it is also one of the company’s goals to cultivate talented hairdressers.
As the saying goes, employees are the greatest asset in the company, the founder cherishes talents very much. He believes that everyone has unlimited potential to be explored, he would like to be a good judge of talent so as to cultivate more elites in the hairdressing industry.
